Condolence: Worked very closely with Josie for quite a few years when she was the Infection Control person at Miles. She was such a joy to everyone she had any contact with. We spent a few evenings presenting to the Lincoln County Fire Companies for the required precautions and she had many of those firemen in stitches. Condolence: Dear Family of Josie, She was a delight to work with and a joy to just chatwith she took her caring for people very seriously. It was my delight to work with her Miles. Please accept my condolences. I pray for your comfort and joy as yo recall you mom grandmom and great grand mom, her sense of humor, herlove for you and her wonderful accent.

Condolence: I will never forget Josie telling me during my dating days.. " why would you choose day old bread, when you can have Pepperidge Farm?" I loved working at Mikes with Josie... she was hilarious and loved her job... love to her family.. truly a legend.

Condolence: Josie and I met at Miles, but we 'played' together at Norumbega Castle during our Murder Mystery Weekends. She delighted in putting on her best feathers and costumes and being "Bridey" the psychic in the 1920's or "Columbine Whimsey", a jewel thief masquerading as a Duchess. One memorable weekend she appeared in a huge hat with a fake bird on it, and insisted that it was the reincarnation of her son " Budgie." She added spice to every event! Whatever the role , she brought her own inimitable wit and laughter to our weekend escapades. Knowing Josie was a blessing and a gift. I am sorry for the loss to the world, but so happy to have shared a little of her joy in this life.

Condolence: Josie was a wonderful lady. I can't describe how much I admired her. She was one of a kind and I was luck enough to work with her for a few years at Miles hospital. Her body may no longer be with us but her memories will live on forever. I know I am a better person for having known her and will also remember her.
