Edith Mary Poggi, 88 of Whitefield, died Wednesday evening, February 21, 2018 at Country Manor Nursing Home in Coopers Mills where she has resided for more than two years.

She was born April 25, 1929 in Gloucester, Massachusetts a daughter of the late Danville and Gertrude (Sidelinger) Rogers, Sr.

Edith is survived by a brother Danville Rogers, Jr. and his wife Linda of Nobleboro; and a sister, Marie Webber and her husband Merle of Hollis.

A graveside service will be held in the spring. Interment will be in the Dunbar Cemetery in Nobleboro.
