Condolence: To Karin's family: The first time I heard your mom's voice, it took me back to wonderful times in the past! My grandparents came from Sweden. I was working at Safe Harbour Kennel and had to go out an meet your mom! Later when I opened my own kennel, her two dogs " Berners" were my first dogs! She was always a treasure to see coming down the road. Indeed, your mom helped translate some of my family papers. Am sure you can look back over so many special moments with that determined, bright smiling lady! I feel blessed to have known her. She was very proud of her family.

Condolence: Dear Eric, Karita and Per, My heartfelt condolences to you on the passing of your wonderful mother. Working for both your parents either at Goudy and Stevens or at the house in Edgecomb was truly a pleasure. Your mother had so many friends and it isn't difficult to understand why. She was absolutely genuine in everything she said or did and most importantly she really knew how to enjoy life and all that surrounded her...why wouldn't people want to be around her? We are all richer for knowing her.

Condolence: Karin and her husband Jim were strong influences in the life of Janet, my wife, and me. We brought her our full range of questions , from preparing a schooner for a long distance sail, to affairs of the heart. She answered them all with the style and grace that was so uniquely hers. Condolence: To the family of Karin.. I just want to say how sorry I am to hear of Karin's passing. She was a very kind and caring person. We enjoyed talking on her many visits to the Newcastle Post Office where I was Postmaster for many years. She was a great lady.

Condolence: Our beloved Mormor lives on with the family as we gather this weekend at her river-side woodland home. So beautiful in so many ways.
