Condolences

Condolence From: Diane Champagne Neligon
Condolence: So very sorry to hear of your loss. Maddy, and John, were great friends to my parents and to my siblings and I. We have many fond memories of them. May you find comfort in all your wonderful family history and in knowing that John and Maddy are once again United.

Condolence From: Dean Christianson
Condolence: Words cannot express the "Greatness" of both Maddy and John. We cruised together many times and had so many laughs. I know Maddy had heard John's stories many times, but laughed along with us. I talked with her shortly before her death and she was still playing bridge. She will surely be missed.

Condolence From: Colleen & Bob Tudor
Condolence: Bob and I are so very sorry to hear the news if Maddie’s passing. We had no idea that John had passed a couple of years ago.
We rented from the Cheneys for sooooo many years and had gotten to know The Hobbs over the years. It makes us sad that they are gone.
Our children have grown up on the Trail and memories that are now passed on to my grandchildren. Bob and I are so sorry to hear of their passing but always will have a special place in our heart to always remember them.

Condolence From: Rebecca Mitchell
Condolence: From the moment we met on Riverview Rd. Maddy and I were “kindred spirits” sharing our love of the place and our gardens. I remember some quiet summer nights enjoying going to sleep hearing Maddy playing her Hammond organ.

Condolence From: Nancy Burton
Condolence: I got to know Maddie through a mutual friend, Jane Simonds. She was a sweet person and since my husband and I moved to Schooner Cove a year ago we got to see Maddie often at musical events held here in the S.C. library which she came to and thoroughly enjoyed. My sincere sympathy to her family.
