Our beloved mother, Callie Mae Siegfried, passed away at her home in Jefferson, on Monday, June 26. Callie was born in Auburn, PA and later moved to Reading PA, where she met the love of her life, Carl Siegfried. They were married in Miami, Florida in 1944, just before Carl shipped out for duty in WWII.

They were married for 44 years until his passing. Callie had three children, Bernice, Shirley and Karl. For more than 20 years, Callie spent summers in Jefferson, Maine, and wintered in Myrtle Beach, SC where she attended church at the Calvary Chapel. Callie was extremely giving of her heart and soul; she was a talented artist and a devoted Christian.

She is survived by her daughters, Bernice Bailey, and Shirley McGill and husband James; son, Karl Siegfried and wife Judy; eight grandchildren, Tamatha Stevens, Jennifer Tuggey, Christopher McCurley, Ryan McCurley, Casey McCurley, Karen McGill, Joshua Siegfried, and Isaac Siegfried; as well as 16 great-grandchildren, Samantha, Matthew, Glenn, Christopher, Hunter, Hailey, Coral, Pearl, Jackson, Noah, Chloe, Amber, Ashley, Ariel, Xavier and Sophia.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm, on Monday, July 17 at the TNT Bible Church in Topsham, Maine. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Calvary Chapel, 316 Bush Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579.
